Hi Vishesh,
As per your previous academics you may choose the course however . After completing studies you would get open work permit for a year in New Zealand and if you find job then you can extend you visa and apply for PR. I must tell you that no course can guaranty PR in New Zealand until and unless you gain 100 points and satisfy requirement for PR. In case you return back to India you would surely have many good job options available as New Zealand qualifications are respected internationally when seeking employment or further study at leading international universities in India or Abroad.
Hope this helps!!!

Hi Gautam,
As you have asked for degrees that transform you into a better software engineer, I would suggest you to continue your studies after graduation and go for MS/M.E./M.Tech. from an institute of repute. As doing a masters from a low profile college will not add much to your profile, as you are from CS stream.
And as you are currently in the 2nd yr. of your engineering we would suggest you to do some programming language/ Networking/ Database/ SQT related courses that will enhance your skills and also increase the chances of a better placement when you will pass out from your college and also during the campus interviews.
