GMAT is required for management programs like MBA. First, you need to decide what you want to study basis your interest, there are many courses from PG Diploma to Masters in healthcare field which you can pick, you have to visit college websites and check the programme and see what interest you. Secondly your percentage is low so admissions will be difficult. PG Diploma is better for you.

In India more than thousands of engineering colleges and more than hundreds of colleges are offering B.Tech/BE in automobile engineering, but the issue is of seats. It depends on your choice as to which college you are targeting, many institutes take lateral admissions.

Yes, of course. What matters are the marks scored in graduation for admission to PG courses. Of course many universities have started conducting entrance exams for admission to PG courses. If you show same flair in this entrance exam then your chances will improve further.
