Hi Tas,
Frankly speaking, this decision of choosing your subjects in class XIth & XIIth would depend on your own interests and career aspirations. However, broadly there are three streams which prevail in Indian Education System Arts, Commerce & Science. Now if you dont like Math, you can either opt for Arts subjects and go for streams like English Hons, Political Science, etc. which later can lead to careers like Journalism, Mass Communication, Social Work. Hi Revathi,
It is not important to have a 1-2 years work experience to pursue MBA but more and more institutes prefer, because for a working professional it is easy to grasp the concepts and understand about it while implementing it in real life as compared to a fresh graduate.
There are very few institutes in India which are offering MBA in Banking but to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

I doubt that you may get such admissions. But you may surely try to get admiited for BBA/ MBA and then specialize in Finance and get employment with good engineering company. If you excel in this you may one day head and lead such engineering companies as financial head/ project head. good luck.
