Hi Gautam,
Although you can do two degrees simultaneously but will face problems while giving Examinations as there can be clashes in the exam schedules, also it would be very intense to do both the programs together. If you feel that you can do both the degrees and bring equal amount of success in both then you can go ahead. Also keep in mind that correspondence courses generally hold a very little value in the job market. So, keep all the pros and cons in mind and then take a decision as to what you want to do.

After completing your M.Phil, you can opt for further options depending on your area of interests as per your career interests. You can opt for PhD if keen to pursue a career in Education and Research or you may appear for the UGC NET if keen to to pursue a career in Lectureship.
