Hi Gautam,
Although you can do two degrees simultaneously but will face problems while giving Examinations as there can be clashes in the exam schedules, also it would be very intense to do both the programs together. If you feel that you can do both the degrees and bring equal amount of success in both then you can go ahead. Also keep in mind that correspondence courses generally hold a very little value in the job market. So, keep all the pros and cons in mind and then take a decision as to what you want to do.

I would request you to put a complete information about your educational background, so that we could understand your query with a right prospective and give you more detailed guidance, However, as NIIT has a good standing with various IT companies as well as in general Job Market, any course from NIIT would help you provided you perform on the program and rightly use the knowledge earned to get career growth. If you are going a short term program from NIIT then I would suggest that you should also plan your graduation alongside as that will help you in getting better job options.

Hi Neha,
After completing your M.Phil, you can opt for further options depending on your area of interests as per your career interests. You can opt for PhD if keen to pursue a career in Education and Research or you may appear for the UGC NET if keen to to pursue a career in Lectureship.
As for the banking courses are concerned, there are many institutes offering the same but then these are courses more at the PG level and to know about these you may refer to the following link:
