You have a decent IELTS score. The University of British Columbia has a minimum requirements of 75% and above for undergraduate admissions. I would recommend you to contact the admissions department of the university directly and if they feel you can apply, you can go ahead and apply.

As there are Public Sector Unites in different areas like there are PSUs in Tourism Industry, Banking & Finance Industry, Foreign Trade industry and several others, so the qualification and entrance examination would depend on the area or sector you choose and the designation/position you are applying to. Generally, it would cover subjects like English Language, General Knowledge & Mathematical Ability. If you choose PSUs in Human Resource department they may also take your psychometric test.
