Hi Chavi,
Aspirants aiming for a teaching career in central schools will have to qualify the Teachers Eligibility Test conducted by the by the central and the respective state government.
Eligibility for TET –
Graduation from recognized university
You should also have B.ed. degree
Once you qualify TET also, you will get teacher's job in any government school.

Both the options are equally good to get government job, it just depends at which level you want to teach in the school. JBT is for the junior classes and B.Ed is for the higher classes

Yes. There is separate cut off for Kashmiri migrants for SNAP. Cut off is decided as per the categorywise ( general, DA, J&K, etc) not specializationwise. Students can choose their specialization after coming to campus in first 45 days.
