I am not sure if Algonquin college has computer engineering but check the university. University of Ottawa and Carleton are quite reputed. Please visit the websites, check the admission requirements and if eligible apply. You must also take your IELTS and recommend you to take the SAT as well.

If you are a PCB student then you can't apply in IITs and NITs if you want to pursue B.Tech in biotechnology. But many private universities are there that do not keep maths as a compulsion.

Hi Ravi,
Study visa is not granted on the basis of IELTS score alone. You must meet academic requirements of a college and must have received the admission offer too. Your IELTS score anyways is low. Atleast 6 is required for Bachelor degree courses. Colleges in Australia, New Zealand offer bridge courses or pathway programs in English language requirement so you can check those. Visit the college websites and check the English language requirement pages. You will find all the options.

It is always recommended to stick to the field in which one has pursued Bachelors. Switching to another field often involves a risk because the student will not be aware about the basics that were taught in the Bachelor degree (B.Des). Therefore, it might become a bit difficult to understand and keep up with the pace of how it's being taught in college.
