Eligibility for the Master of Business Economics [MBE]:-
The basic eligibility for Masters in business economics is a Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of required aggregate percentage. Most of the universities require a minimum of 50% aggregate marks however this may differ for various universities.

Yes, of course you can take admission in B.Tech through lateral entry. For that, you will have to appear in entrance exam that is LEET conducted by each state university & some deemed university also conducts their own entrance exam.

BE and B.Tech are both similar undergraduate degrees in the field of engineering. There is no difference in the syllabus of BE and B.Tech. JEE consists of two parts, JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. JEE-Advanced is for admission to IITs, while the JEE-Mains exam is for admission to NITs, IIITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). Only the students selected in JEE Mains are eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced.
