ICFOP is a decent college which has affiliation with financial Planning Standards Board, National Insurance Academy & The Chartered Insurance Institute which gives it a good standing in the market. As rightly said by Sanjaya, CAT is conducted once in a year where as MAT is conducted four times. CAT is conducted in the last quarter of the year somewhere between October November and MAT is conducted in the months of September, December, February & May.

Hi Sudarshan, There is no fixed time to appear for this test like the GMAT. It totally depends on the student as per his convinience and preparation. It can be taken any time of the year with prior appointment at authorized centres. GRE scores are valid for a period of 5 years. A student can take the GRE once in every calender month and maximum 5 times a year even if the student cancelled his scores. Appointments are schedules on first come first served basis. In Germany GRE is mostly required for the engineering program.

join a good coaching institute if possible. but it is not necessary. read atleast two newspapers daily. subscribe some magazines that provide material for civil services like competition success review, pratiyogita darpan, india today etc. read the syllabus carefully after choosing your subjects. make a proper time table for study and revision. attempt previous years papers. stress on prepration of attitude test.
