Although, both the Institutes are decent but the MBA degree provided by Jaipuria Institute of Management is affiliated with UPTU and is approved by AICTE whereas NBA is an Autonomous Institute.

Although, to get into an Engineering programme you need to appear for National level or state level Entrance Examination and once you have cleared it you would be called by Institutes according to the rank you have achieved but just to mention few of the good Institutes giving Mechanical Engineering programme are IITs, BITS, Banaras Hindu University, NIT, Delhi University, NSIT etc.

As different Universities will have different fee structure it would be difficult to give you any concrete information on the same. Generally the Engineering colleges have high fee structure; however, I would suggest you to check with the particular institute you want to get admission in.

pls dont think it is because of your education.Normally by doing Engineering people got very good salary , ofcourse some time it is less in the starting period
but it increases after certain amount of period.
If you want to persue you can go for the Post graduation also or the MBA program also
so think upon this
