-It seems that you are mixing two courses.One is called Port Management or Shipping and Port Management while the other is called Airport Management.Since you have mentioned an interest in working with airways and airports.An MBA in airport management can be apt for you.
-Secondly, whether a course is worthy of pursuing after B.Tech can be judged by your interest level and your seriousness to build a career in it. Technically, you can pursue MBA because for MBA one needs a valid graduate degree in addition to other eligibility requirements.

Hi Akif, internship period begins after your 3rd year 2nd semester.
To get placed as an intern it will be an added advantage if you know any one working in the company then take their reference, by which you can easily join the company.
To apply for internship you need to take a letter from your placement cell stating that you are academically strong and have good behaviour and they can refer you to that particular company.
Along with this letter you can even post your resume at the companies career portal to get your training done and can apply for the internship program.
