If you want to merge computers, french and design, well the best could be to go and study design in France. One of the leading colleges of France is Gobelins. There are others of course including George Meiles and SIC. Alternatively you could study in Canada which also has a high french speaking population. However, if instead of this strange request you decide what you love (obviously you'd drop computers since it's just a medium and my answer would be same if you said french and design) more out of french and design then the choice would become clearer.
