In 11th you must take Maths,Physics,Chemistry and Biology to get into Nano Technology. The said subjects by me you should get atleast 90% in 11th and 12th Board exams. Please prepare the same subjects from 11th to 12th which will be useful for your entrance exam. Here to get into the best colleges for Engineering like IIT,BITS and so on you must get 90%.
