Candidates who have secured 60 percent or more in Diploma in engineering from the State Board of Technical Education or any other acknowledged institution are considered eligible to apply for the B.Tech program under the lateral entry scheme. Hi Akshat, the minimal entry requirements to enter into Glasgow University are a 60% in UG and 3 yrs of managerial or supervisory work ex. Hence, if you have 60% in UG then you can consider applying.

In the list placed at http://chdenggadmissions.nic.in/PDF/rank_list_2010.pdf there is no OBC . So it seems that there is no OBC quota
