Very busy for me. mainly due to quarter system . Also depends on courses taken, research work etc.Depends on the student. Typically, PhDs work 14 hrs a day!!!! Masters work 10 hrs a day.

On the expensive side because of high costs in California. Average student living expenses (includes everything) is around $650 per month.

Hello Gautam , you can join a good college with a percentage of 55-60. You can choose your Bsc(PCM) or B.Sc(Electronics)/B.Sc (It) or Any other combination of your choice and go ahead.
BUT YOU SHOULD WORK HARD FROM NOW AND SEE THAT YOU HAVE GPA BTN 7-8 TO HELP YOU IN HAVING BETTER CAREER PROSPECTS,

There are several institutes for animation in India and Delhi is in itself holds several institutes like the mention ones Arena, MAAC, you can also look for the others like Picasso, Global School of Art, Anitoons, CG Mantra etc.
It would not be possible for one to give you any absolute information, because for that you need to convinced and that can happen if you can do some research among the most possible institutes as per your location.
