Hi Priyesh,
Engineering in Germany at bachelors is 4 yrs in duration. Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:
I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field.
II. Successfully clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination for admission to courses in technology and natural sciences.
III. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungspruefung

Hi Dr Rahul, if you seek advice from anyone then any day people would advice you for a PG in Medicine first unless you interest lies in Hospital Management!!!
