Hello Prateek. First can you inform me about your present qualification as you have nowhere mentioned what you are doing at present? Once I know what your current activity is and your qualification I would be in a better position to answer your queries. You do not need to appear for SAT but have to appear for IELTS an English proficiency exam to prove your fluency over the language as you are a non native English speaker. As per website information of IICT, it is not approved by UGC or AICTE and also not approved by DEC which is must for any distance mode institute. Secondly, 1 year post graduate diploma is not equivalent of MBA.
