Yes you can do MCA after BCA from bio Background. .
Requirement of MCA is maths in +2 or two subjects of maths in Graduation(which you have studied in BCA)
But not from well reputed or Government university Reason is so many students apply there and due to that they ask for maths in 10 + 2 even some of them ask 60% with math in +2.
So my advise is try in some good Private colleges or university which takes direct admission and complete your MCA from there . . Get good marks , Good knowledge and then do MBA either Regular or Distance with job. .

Yes you can do a PGDEM from NIEM Pune.

All details on website www.niemindia.com or call 25679034. Eligibility is Final year appeared or passed. Fees are Rs. 61,090/- (fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances). You can pay by cheque/DD/cash. Cheque and DD in name of "NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EVENT MANAGEMENT". Timings are 6 pm to 8 pm four times a week. For any adjustments or other details, you can talk to us.
