You could opt for BFA after XII and also a program in Animation & Digital Media alongwith it. Please also note the following in this regards-
•Animation is rewarding but demanding field where your creative abilities & passion for the medium will hold the key to growth.
•Learning Software alone won't help you. First acquire artistic skills on paper, then learn application software's for expressing skills in the Digital Medium
•Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess.

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 300-320 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
