Hi Neeraj, the budget is no doubt on a lower side so see if you can arrange for education loan and also, if you have a good profile, you can get a scholarship too. You can check Canada, China, Malaysia, UK, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, Russia, etc. for cheaper options. Different universities have different requirements, you have to take your IELTS and score minimum academic grades to qualify. Visit some university websites and start your research to shortlist your universities. Start the application process at least one year before you think of starting the classes.

Better to give MAT or CMAT once again. If you have decided to invest here then check the 'in hand salary' (not CTC package), job profile stability (not 100 % placement make sense without a stable profile). The field you want to choose as Job profile suppose core finance, then check the college is providing the core finance job profile or financial field sales. Check in campus reality from 1 or 2 year old alumni from LinkedIn, try to avoid the current students view as being a part of the system they can't criticize it. If you have the all satisfactory answer then go or prepare for next entrance to get MAT tier I college.

Take a study material and start studying chapter wise, solve problems on that topic and take 2 tests after every chapter. You have to analyze your 1st test that where you did the mistake and work on it and then take 2nd test with full preparation so that you'll finish that topic right away.
Note- Make notes of all important formulas and points somewhere so that at the exam time you can make a quick recap. Or you can get the formula files online also.
If you are already done with chapter wise study then you just need to take tests and brush up the topics in which you are finding difficulties.
Thanks.
All the best.
