Please find below the details of how to make it to the top universities in Canada for the masters in electronics in Canada:
1) IELTS: A recommended score of 7.0 and above with a minimum score of 6 in each section(the minimum IELTS score being 6.5 band score and above)
2) GRE: If you want to make it to the best, then target a score no less than 1400. Universities like University of Toronto, York University all require a GRE above 1400 for successful admission.
3) Atleast 75% and above is required in your BE in order to get admission in the top universities.

Para jumbling comes under the section of Language comprehension, in simpler words it is call sentence formation, where you would be given distorted sentences and you have to put them in right places and make a Para or a Sentence, for this you need to have very strong grammar knowledge. As every individual is different so is his/her capabilities and the capacity to perform so, you have to keep in mind how strong you are being academically, if you were a bright student through out then I would suggest you to go ahead and repeat your third year as in that case if you score well you would be able to get into B-schools with better market standing by giving Exams like CAT, XAT etc. (even if you have to explain your re- exam at the time of PIs but you would be able to explain through your previous records)
