Keeping in mind your graduation i would suggest you to go for MBA in finance. But the final decision rests upon you. You have to decide as it as you will be the one studying it, we can only guide you.
Also i would say that since you have done animation course you can go for a PG in Media or Advertising as this industry has a good demand for animators. But still suggest you to go for the course in which you have your interest.

The first and the foremost requirement is to apply for the jobs and attend interviews. Just by completing your academic qualification, you wont be in a position to analyze what the employers are looking from you. When you attend interviews you can understand what skills they are looking forward to from their employee. Then you can decide which skills you lack in and then go for some course or refresher for the same.

What do you exactly mean by academic environment? Is your question relating to class profile as well as faculty? Also, what kind of information do you need regarding scholarships? Do you want to know the eligibility criteria? Which subject do you want to pursue your PHD in? What subject have you pursued your masters in and what was your percentage? Do let me know so that i can solve your queries accordingly.

At this point of time, what you need is experience. Try to get a foothold in the retail industry. Your exposure to various functions in retail , is very critical. I really do not see any point, in doing a course in retail , through the distance mode. In the near future, you can look at specialized short term programs or workshops.
