As Sustainable Architecture is a relatively new field in India, it would really difficult to find colleges giving M.Arch program in Sustainable Architecture. However, few of the good Colleges giving M.Arch program are:
IIT Bombay, Roorkee, Kharagpur, Kanpur
IISc Bangalore
School of Planning and Architecture

you can do it from Sikkim Manipal Univerity. U can also do it from IGNOU or PTU.
Amity is also a gud option now a days.
Fee for SMU,PTU or IGNOU will somewhere be around 12- 15 thousand rs. per semester.
For Amity it will me a little higher.
The new session will start from Jan 2011.
For more u can checck their websitess.

its fee differs with the institutes as ignou provides it only in 22000 and ptu in 12000per sem some institute offer it just in 18000per sem and some of them in 10000 per sem but very gud colleges offer it in 100000 per year
