While choosing the main subject you should keep in mind your educational background and interest, always opt for the subjects related to you own stream, If you are from Arts background and studies History you can go ahead with History as your main Subject. In case you are from any other field I would suggest you to choose the subject of your own field.

Although, you can complete your HSC through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) but without a Migration certificate it would be difficult to get admission in HSC or any other program so I would suggest you to contact your school as it is the only place from where you would be able to get the right information, not only this your schools administrative staff would also be able to guide you on the procedure to get the certificate.

First of all you need to decide whether you want to go for B.Sc or a B>tech program in Biotechnology which would depend on your interests and career aspiration.
