Its good to know that you are interested in pursuing MBA, its a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
Most of the students form engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization, however I would suggest you that before opting for and specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.

Hi Akshays, if you wish to start earning early, you may go for engineering because good job will be under your custody within four years after plus two, whereas, a doctor requires full five years M.B.B.S course to get into the stream and at least four years specialization to get a good reputed occupation.
In engineering you need to understand things. It requires good grasping power, I.Q, and thinking power. Medicine requires extreme memory power and learning skills.
The foundation of Engineering is Mathematics. If you get 80 plus in Maths you can do good in engineering. On the other hand, medicine needs profound knowledge on every little aspect of your study.
In my opinion, opt for the one which you feel that you may handle properly. Don't force yourself to study the field which you are unable to understand as your decision will either make or break your career. So, decide wisely.
For now, obtaining good marks in the examinations will put you in a comparatively better position to get into the course of your choice and caliber after the plus 2 level.
