Hi Tushar,
With a 12th qualification, only you won't get any job. So, understand that you must have basic qualifications, do a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, if you have a good profile you can try applying to foreign universities. You can check in Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc. Since these countries have work permits for international students, you can work for some months or years after completing studies. And decide what kind of job you want to do and study accordingly.

If you have a good score, then you can study in these reputed institutions. You cannot get jobs based on this score but if you get a chance to study in these institutions then you can get a good job.

With 23000 rank, you can get a seat moreover in some newer NITs or your home state NIT. You may or may not get CSE ECE IT but you can get other branches for sure. Why to give donation when you are having a decent rank. You can try for LNMIIT, IIIT ( international one's) which gives admission solely on the basis of marks and no rank. And regarding fees. LNMIIT is a bit costly which cost about 3 Lacs per year. IIIT may cost about 2 Lacs per year. Hope it helps.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. If you got admission in a government college, then this is very good that you will get a good package in placements because companies offer great packages in government college. When you will be in 4th year of UG then the companies will visit your campus for recruitment. They don't want your JEE marks they only want 55% aggregate only. All the best.
