Anu, You are eligible to pursue a Medical Course through Distance Learning Mode and with your Management Degree Qualification is no way connected to Medicine.
Out of your interest if your want to pursue some alternative Medicine, then you can do it through The Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, Kolkatta. You can practice but for learning sake you can do.

Mohit, You are a Graudate in Commerce and currently Enrolled for a CA Program. CA itself consumes a lot of time of yours to do a due diligence. Providing being a Graduate you would have opted to Level - II which itself carries all sufficient management papers which is required by a CA.
So, better focus on your CA with 100% Focus and utmost Dedication and according to my knowledge as for now need not go for further program, stay with CA & Excell your career!!!

As per what I would be knowing about the aptitude test and the most commonly in these kind of exams it is the creativity of the person and also the analytical skills been checked and analyzed.

bca is good course you need to very under stable for that . pl feel the requirement for selection of master course for career. you should have understanding for your future. dear you can opt for so many master as MCA MSC IT MBA IT or MBA in other stream . this decision depends on your choice of career . you need to be a in IT field or management field or management in IT field
pl go for MBA IT by applying state PGCET get admission in regular full time course in MBA or MBA IT. if you want to in IT field only than plan for MCA or M SC IT
same time go for certain certification like java dot net or so many other courses
