Normally, transfers are made after completing of the 1st year of your undergraduation. If your son has earned the set number of credits in his 1st year of your BBA as per the USA requirement, he is eligible to transfer to a college in the US. In order to pursue your higher studies in USA, you have to take the following exams before you apply to any university.
1) GRE: preferable score 1400+ if you want to make yourself eligible to the top universities in the world.
2) TOEFL: preferable score 100+ ( Even when a university's TOEFL requirement is less, you must target a score of 100+ as it would help you at the time of visa as well)
