USA is one of the rare countries that gives you an opportunity to transfer your admission from an international college to a college in the USA through the credit system.
Normally, transfers are made after completing of the 1st year of your undergraduation. If your son has earned the set number of credits in his 1st year of your BBA as per the USA requirement, he is eligible to transfer to a college in the US. However, i would also like to let you know that your academic marks in the 1st year would also play an important role in such a transfer.
IMPORTANT: The nature or character of courses that are offered at the transfer institution must be compatible or nearly similar in nature with that of the Singapore institution.

In order to pursue your higher studies in USA, you have to take the following exams before you apply to any university.
1) GRE: preferable score 1400+ if you want to make yourself eligible to the top universities in the world.
2) TOEFL: preferable score 100+ ( Even when a university's TOEFL requirement is less, you must target a score of 100+ as it would help you at the time of visa as well)
