For ATC, one needs to appear for the exam conducted by AAI, and the minimum required qualification for the same is BE electronic as on the date. Having Diploma in aeronautical would fetch you lower job of ground duty, but not ATC.

Hi, Diploma engineering is a 3 years of course which includes 6 semesters. Changing college is not the correct solution, because the subjects are the same in other colleges also. Hence In my opinion you have to continue in your college and start sitting in first row of your class. This will bring drametical changes in yours attitude. Good luck.
