For applying M.Tech, you need to carried out your graduation in B.Tech via GATE exam. But, since you are in B.Sc, you can better go for JAM exam or search any other option.

Bharat has now become a deemed university. After the formation or rather the conversion to deemed university status, this institute has apparently progressed by leaps and bounds. On their website it gives many accolades which this deemed to be University has received. I am sure by getting admission here you will be able to study well and also land up a reasonably well job.
