You can write the entrance exam for MBA like MAT, CAT, SNAP and so on. In MBA you can do HR which will be helpful for you.

You can't go for regular MBA coz any regular programme is not allowed alongwith CA according to ICAI. You should concentrate on CA first.might be distance MBA wont make big difference

Although, Logistics has good scope but you would not find many good Institutes in India providing this course. However, you can opt for MBA in Operations as Logistics is a part of operations.
