From what they have mentioned in the website, it is a 2 Yr post graduate diploma program in correspondence mode. I guess you can easily check that in their website both in shiksha and also in their general website. If you are looking for knowledge then a PG diploma or a Degree should not make any difference. If you are looking for a job then maybe some companies may look at the same. However , the main point to remember is that even IIMs do not give yo MBA degree , it is just a PG Diploma. But it is the quality of education and the quantity of knowledge that is imparted to you which carries weightage. However there are other institutions also which offer diplomas and some institutions which offer International MBA degrees. check for them and decide before you enroll for any program.

well FMS provides Part-time MBA course, but it requires a minimum of 3 years full-time work-experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Every candidate seeking admission should have passed a bachelors degree examination of at least 3 years duration with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Relaxation on this criterion may be made for those who scored more than 55% marks in aggregate in their post graduate degree or at least 60% in a Diploma in Personnel Management, Diploma in Management, Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Diploma in Administrative Management of the Delhi University conducted by the Faculty prior to the implementation of this particular scheme.
Candidates should have at least three years experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial, industrial or government establishment after passing the Bachelors Degree Examination.
Three years Full-Time experience shall be determined as on 1st August of the year of admission.
Candidates must be sponsored by his/her present employer.

Tips for better preparation:
1) Learn core concepts in numeric & verbal ability.
2) Practice sample questions.
3) Attempt mock test.
4) Work on weaker areas.
