Although, every Institute has its own merit or demerits I would say that while deciding upon a University not only be dependent on the ranking given to it but also look at other factors like course curriculum (whether it is compatible to your education interests), study material (whether it is exhaustive), faculty background, infrastructure, placements and last but not least rankings. I would also suggest you to visit both the Institutes and try and talk to their faculty and current batch students. This will give you the first hand information.
However, according to the different public ranking both are ranked equally on cert

Hi,
As far as i can understand, there are 3 possible reasons why you have not received any decision yet:
1) Your application is still being reviewed by the university.
2) There are some components in your application that are missing and the university wants you to complete your application. Example: Transcripts posted to the university by you but not received by them, test scores not received by the university, etc.
3) You have been accepted/rejected but your status has not been changed online.
I would recommend mailing to the admissions department of the university and they shall tell you the reasons as to why you have not received any no

Rama as the volume is same, the cooling off will depend on surface area. The thermodynamics of cooling will be affected by the surface-to-volume ratio. now as the vol is equal, , going by the relation between Sphere (Diameter=D) and Cube ( Side a) , D= 1.382a . So the Surface Area of Sphere is more than The Surface area of Cube. so it will radiate more heat from its surface and will cool faster.

University of Florida as well as other universities has different TOEFL requirements for different course. Example: If you are applying for MBA, then the TOEFL requirement will be higher than that of engineering. It would be better if you check the websites and TOEFL requirements of individual universities before you apply anywhere. Almost all universities have mentioned the TOEFL requirements on the international students sections on their websites.
If your score matches the requirements, you can go ahead and apply, else retake the TOEFL and target atleast 93+ to apply comfortably.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindl
