LPU does have tie ups with Canada. LPU is a UGC recognised full fledged university and its courses are recognised globally. In addition to it, it has various tie ups with many countries. As far as Canada is concerned, The LPU ha tie up with these universities:

Living in a hostel is unique experience for those who stay inside. I know through students and other fellow faculty members how the hostel is. I will tell you what I have heard from others. LPU is a town in itself located in sprawling 600 acre campus. The hostel gives lot of facilities to the resident scholars. LPU has the most comfortable residential and first of its kind. Above all there is round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the AC and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. LPU residential facilities are as state of the art as the campus is. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box B.Ed Study Table, Chair and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having maximum load upto 5 ampere per apartment. One and Two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. There are laundry services, dedicated parking, departmental store, cafeteria, saloon for boys, printing and copier machines, shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall and Tuck Shops. The hostel has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthan and many other Regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea is served at breakfast. In lunch Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati and Raita are served. The dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, dessert.

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the Indian military cadet corps which works to inculcate the qualities of discipline and patriotism among youth of the nation. It is open to school and college students on voluntary basis. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades. Being an alumni of Lovely Professional University, I have this knowledge that LPU provides chance for the students to join NCC too. At LPU there are two wings. NCC Army Wing NCC Airwing "A - Flight Family" Student can join NCC in the wing he or she has an interest in. Additionally, after joining NCC student can also pursue for the UPSC CDSE Exam. However, special classes are also given to the student who has an interest in joining Indian armed forces after completing graduation. Lovely Professional University had also hosted ten-day annual NCC campus of 2nd Punjab Girls NCC Battalion at its campus. Organized from 3rd to 12th August, the camp had infused among cadets the importance of duty and discipline. NCC cadets were imparted training in handling weapons, drill, signals, map reading, first aid, national integration, civil defence, ecology, leadership and more. Cultural and seminar activities were also held at two much capacity auditoriums of LPU on different days. Where they got a lot of exposure at national level camps. Moreover, students who attended National level camps like RDC were also honoured by the University with cash prizes. The programme the LPU agriculture programme is designed with a target of holistic development of students. The minimum age required for enrolling in the programme is 16yrs. Merit in qualifying examination LPU NEST subject to eligibility criteria. Students may be given an option to go for a 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. There is also an option to join a partner university abroad for a semester. Students are engaged towards evergreen agriculture, keeping in view the RAWE programme to build interpersonal skills.
