This is a myth. The college has more marketing students than finance and therefore it may seem that way but a large number of companies come to our college with great packages for finance aswell. Delloite, Darashaw, private banks like ICICI,HDFC,KOTAK etc are a few of the many companies that visit our campus.
All the best

Hi Pujan,
Well firstly congratulations on your score. I believe its a really good score. Moreover, your chances to secure an MMS seat is really high. As per my knowledge 94-95 percentile was the cut off for an OMS candidate to secure an MMS seat in our college.
All the best.
However i would like to inform you to refer to DTE site on a detailed procedure for admission of an OMS Candidate.

A PG diploma is a shorter qualification than a masters degree, although at the same academic level. In most of the universities, a masters degree is of 180 credits while a postgraduate diploma is 120 credits. A PG diploma is of a shorter duration than a masters degree course & as such carries less weight & significance in the minds of the employers.
