The convention identifier is the primary part of the URL which determines what convention to utilize and an asset name is the second part of the URL which assigns the IP address or the area name where the asset can be found. The convention identifier and the asset name are isolated by a colon and two forward slices. "Web address" is another word for URL that actualizes the HTTP or HTTPS convention.

There is no provision in any degree to enroll directly in the 3rd year. You can pursue B.Com only through the initial stage. Opting for B.Com will drag you in a lag as you already have 2 years of gap. But, you can go for it because the degree will have the same value as age doesn't matter. Moreover, you will perform better than your competitors because you will have better IQ amongst all. I am sure you will perform well.
All the best.
