It completely depend on the company for which profile they are looking for if the company wants engineering background student with MBA degree then only Engineering student can seat .that also depend for which engineering field they are looking for but most of the company looks to recruit from all the stream . they specify the criteria befor they enter the college. So it is not a matter that all the companies look for Engineering background rather they look for Other stream or open for all the stream they prefer.

I think You are mistaken. A good faculty means he/she will be more able to teach a student in a more simplified manner by giving practical examples etc. IFMR has an excellent faculty profile who have a different perspective to teaching. So You need not worry about this. And our teachers are available in the campus after class hours also. So if You have any doubts. They are always ready to help.

Event Management is a huge industry. Event management is typically a course in Marketing or Advertising programs. If you have creativity and fond of organizing and planning events in a rather innovative way event management is a good option for you. Scope is wide and diverse and can range from local to international careers.

Hello utkarsh.
I would like to ask first about your interest if you wants to make career in marketing then college provides ample of very good opportunities as college's reputed for marketing specialization. Also it doesn't mean that you will not get placement if you are opting finance and HR.
If I talk about percentage then around 90-95% students get placement through college itself because there are always few students who don't appear for placement through college. .
