As stated by excel, pursuing graduation in 2 years is only possible if you are a diploma holder, specifically in technical stream, then can pursue a technical degree like B.Sc/ BCA/ B.Tech etc with one less year to the total duration.
But in your question you have not mentioned if you are holding a valid diploma course, hence your eligibility is under question.
Kindly mention the exact course name that you have pursued based on which i may then be able to guide if you are eligible for lateral entry even though it is a rare option as well.

As per what I would be able to guide you on the basis of the information I have, MTV does not provides any such VJ course but then you can check with the other institutes that do.
For a profession of VJ more than pursuing a course, there are certain skills that should be inculcated like your communication skills, your presentation and approach etc and based on which you can apply to the channels and if short listed can opt for the auditions.
To know about the institutes, please refer to the following link:

I would suggest you to revert with your area of interest on the basis of which I may then be able to provide any specific information.

Although transfers in the same University transfers does happen but it is not very common scenario in India. Moreover, you need to get a transfer certificate from the college which at times very difficult to get, so I would suggest you to talk to your college officials and if they agree to give you TC then talk to the college you want to get into once you get clearance from both the sides I don't think you will have any problem getting transfer.
