For most of the good Institutes like IIMs, XLRI, FMS etc. a candidate needs to have 3 years graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above marks, so for most of the good Universities/ Institutes this degree would not be valid. However, if you are planning to go for a correspondence programme this degree may be valid.

If you have completed your degree then you can select two subjects one for preliminary and one for mains.These subjects selected should be easy for you to understand.Read all the magazines and newspaper on a day to day basis which will be easy for your general knowledge.Aptitude and Test of reasoning books can be got in good shops to buy.

There are Universities like Amity which give a global MBA degree in which you spend one year in India and one year in a foreign University and you get the certificate of both the Universities, apart from this IIPM do give an MBA degree of a foreign University.
There may be some more institutes but to give a concrete list would not be possible.
