Although all three specializations mentioned by you have good future prospects and offer bright career opportunities but the most important thing one should keep in mind while choosing a career specialization is one's own interests and career aspirations.
Just to help you further I am giving you a small brief: Finance is a career for people generally interested in quantitative skills and who would like to do a lot of planning, managing of resources etc. Marketing can be good for People with good communication skills, leadership qualities and who like traveling a lot. HR is for people who have great peoples skills. It also involves lots of paper work and training & development. Hope this will help you making your decision.

Although, it would be difficult to find such courses through Correspondence but, few of the Universities in which you may try are Osmania University, Rajasthan University, Karnataka University, Pondicherry University, and Bangalore University etc.

Hi Shalini,
For most of the good Institutes like IIMs, XLRI, FMS etc. a candidate needs to have 3 years graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above marks, so for most of the good Universities/ Institutes this degree would not be valid. However, if you are planning to go for a correspondence programme this degree may be valid.

Hi Vidhya,
As Event Management is still an upcoming field you would not find Masters Level programme rather, you would find more of PG Diploma programmes. However, Event Management is a field which does not require any degree to start with, but if you want to make a career in event management MBA in Marketing could be a good option to get a good growth in the field.
