Hi Atishay,
Yes BCA does carry a lot of scope provided you are looking for career opportunities in the IT sector but then like any other bachelor degree the growth is limited as with just a bachelors the domain knowledge is limited too whereas in IT the technology keep changing and one requires to work as the same pace and develop self on the new technologies.
I would suggest you to take up BCA and then either pursue some certifications pertaining to particular field or take up a masters degree like MCA.

Well if you plan to pursue a career in media studies then it government colleges are better in terms of getting a degree course but if you are looking for the diploma. certificate courses then I think mostly there are private institutes which shall offer you the same; Hence depending on the course of your preference you may take a decision.

There are several colleges under DU which are offering B.com courses but then the admissions are made through merit and the expected cut offs raised by the colleges independently.
You can apply to the various colleges and can await for the expected cut off list and based on your eligibility you can apply to the particular college and start with the admission procedure.

not much of a difference if we take into account what is taught. duration wise, MBA industry integrated in 1 year whereas regular one is 2 years long. MBA industry integrated is god if one has good enough experience in a particular sector, but for freshers who dont have much exposure , regular one is the best option.

HI Surya, scholarships are granted based on a students entire profile. If you have work experience then it will surely be considered. But what matters is how good the work ex is and what was your job profile. Since all the courses you have specified are highly specialised, it may be difficult to find all these courses in German Universities.
Such courses are more easily available at Universities in UK and USA. You can though opt for some broader subjects like electronics if you insist on going to Germany.
