plz its an request to u not to discourage ur child like this,he may not be good in studies or particular subject then also he has right to receive education as a regular student,try to identify his interest may be some special subject,any sport activity.plz don't think ur child isn't great or good,every child has special quality its duty of parent to recongine it.open school willn't help in improving his performance or motivate him to study more.open school are for them who r self motivate for study .plz its an request not to waste ur childs precious time ,try to find his interest.plz don't force him too often to study,encourage him,spend quality time with him,send him in camps ,group activities.encourage him to participate in non -educational activity.plz i request u to know ur child little more. plz don't compare ur child with any other child,ur child is special just u and him have to recognise the quality.

Yes BCA does carry a lot of scope provided you are looking for career opportunities in the IT sector but then like any other bachelor degree the growth is limited as with just a bachelors the domain knowledge is limited too whereas in IT the technology keep changing and one requires to work as the same pace and develop self on the new technologies.
I would suggest you to take up BCA and then either pursue some certifications pertaining to particular field or take up a masters degree like MCA.

There are several colleges under DU which are offering B.com courses but then the admissions are made through merit and the expected cut offs raised by the colleges independently.
You can apply to the various colleges and can await for the expected cut off list and based on your eligibility you can apply to the particular college and start with the admission procedure.

HI Surya, scholarships are granted based on a students entire profile. If you have work experience then it will surely be considered. But what matters is how good the work ex is and what was your job profile. Since all the courses you have specified are highly specialised, it may be difficult to find all these courses in German Universities.
Such courses are more easily available at Universities in UK and USA. You can though opt for some broader subjects like electronics if you insist on going to Germany.
Universities offering a MAsters in Electronics and related courses are : FH Bingen, HTW Dresden, FH Deggendorf, HS Anhalt/Kthen
