I think no because last year in 2017 cut off touch only 94.5 something. Below is the link of last year cutoff of the college so you'll get little idea of 2018 cutoff : http://dcac.du.ac.in/Pages/Cutoff/sixth.php.

There are many colleges in Jaipur. Everything depends on your interest. If you already planned to take admission in VIT Jaipur then go for it. They provide good admission. Otherwise, you should go for UEm Jaipur, JECRC Jaipur or Poornima University.
