With COMEDK, you can get seat in SMIVT mech. branch and civil branch and may Civil in MS Ramaiah.
If you want any better branch, then you have to work hard in 1st year and score 9 CGPA above to change to your choices branch.
And now, if you are willing to change branch and are confident enough that you will work harder the choose MS Ramaiah (any branch) through COMEDK or else, you can choose BIT or MVIT.
Visit the college first to get better knowledge.

No, while calculating your percentage, you need to take physics, maths & chemistry only in consideration for taking admission in B.Sc physics as far as my knowledge is concerned.

12th with PCM is the minimum requirement for doing CPL Training. 50% marks in PCM is expected.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. With NATA marks, you can surely try some government colleges, but with your JEE marks, there are no chances for admission as 176 is a below par score in JEE paper 2.

'Textbook of Geology' by G B Mahapatra is one of the good book for clearing basics and will help you to clear entrance exams for M.Sc. And as well as for reputed government organisation. You'll got this from Flipkart and also from amazon. And also 'Textbook of Geology' by P K Mukherjee. The last one is preparing for GATE.

First off all you should get at least above 90% aggregate of level subjects. Also, do some research on good colleges for your branch, see the last year cutoffs, placements and overall ratings. Even these all things will matter but the very first thing is your marks so work hard and get good marks. All the best.

BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate academic degree course which covers medical knowledge of the homoeopathic system.
