Both are equally good courses. MBA in e-commerce is better option if you have interest in marketing, strategy, finance domains. E-commerce MBA will be more inclined towards marketing strategies through digital way. Opportunities are immense in this field. Many online and offline retailers are in need to good/smart Analyst and Startegist. On the other hand, HR is all together a different stream where you need to have good communication and people management skills. HR is a mandatory division in an organisation. So, a good scope in this field too.

Both the courses are best in their own place. It depends on your interest. More than 50+ colleges offer economics honours but only 10+ colleges under DU offer statistics (Hons). I would suggest you do statistics (Hons) from Sri Venkateshwar College because if you do this course and get good marks and knowledge of this subject then you will get easily placed in an MNC.
