Rajeev Gandhi Proudyogiki University(University of Technology) is a recognized University and offers courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, MCA etc.
If you are keen to opt for Doctorate program although you can opt for this University depending on your area of research interest and its availability. I regret to inform you that you are not currently eligible to apply to this university as your IELTS score is not meeting their minimum requirement.
It is a strict requirement by the university that they require a minimum 7.0 band score in the IELTS whereas your score is 5. Infact, with a band score of 5, you would not be eligible to apply to any university in Canada as almost all universities have a minimum requirement of 6.5 band score. It is highly recommended for you to retake the IELTS and score atleast 7.
