you are required to write 2 tests out of the tests mentioned by you i.e. GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. University of Toronto requires you to score atleast 50th percentile in each section in the GRE as well as a minimum score of 5 in the AWA section of the GRE. The university also requires you to score a minimum of 100 in the TOEFL IBT with 22 in each section or 7.0 band score in the IELTS
