Hi Anudeep,
As there is a reason behind every decision, first of all I would like to know why you want to do both PGDM & MBA. If you have any valid reason to do both the programs then yes, you can go ahaead and do two degrees, one through correspondence & one through regular mode. However, there can be hitches in doing so, you may have to face problem at the time of examinations as there can be clashes. Moreover, not all the regular Institutes will allow you to do a second degree so please confirm before enrolling with the Institute.

Yes you can distribute your time for both of them.
you should give atleast 2 hrs daily for your preparation of CET.
Should you will have a project in sem 6, you should start your Project from now itself and then plan your Schedule from both of them.

Fee varies with location and programs. Typically in Indore a One year Web Design will need an investment of around 45k and Graphic & Visual Design will need an investment of 6-8months of time and 25k financial.
