Hi Harish, Masters programs in Canada typically require applicants to have high academic standing more than 75% and above. You need to check the university specific admission requirements, you will see most of them requires a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study or last two years of your UG degree. You may still check Concordia University, University of Saskatchewan and University of Windsor.
