As per your scores and qualifications, you have a good change of getting admission in all the universities. North Carolina State Uni has tough competition, hence, you would be required to submit a very strong application for the same.
Some universities where you can apply apart from the mentioned universities are IOWA State University, University of Southern California(Difficult but there are chances), Syracuse university.

you can register yourself with COA if you did your M.Arch. from anyone one of the below institute,
* Degree of Architecture awarded by the Universities of Cambridge, Durham, Edinburgh, Glassgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield, Wales.The Diploma of the Architectural Association, London.
* Associateship Examination of the Royal Institute of British Architects, London (A.R.I.B.A. Examination)/Corporate Membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects, London).
there are other ways as well . but I couldn't able to recall it as of now .

As Shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance on career and education options it would be unfair on our part to judge or give our personal opinion on a particular Institute. However, all the above mentioned Institutes are good with their own merits and demerits. NIFT is one of the most popular Institutes whereas FTDC is also well known.
So, I would suggest while considering any of the above mentioned Institute you should keep in mind few things such as the recognition of the Institute, Secondly the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty background, last but not least

You can pursue LLB here in India, no issues in that at all. you just need to fill the form to get the admission . in whichever college you want . if you satisfy there admission criteria . such as your marks in graduation. You can take admission. Just carry all required docs like mark sheets, TC, LC, etc etc.

However, before enrolling for any Institute I would suggest you to keep few things in mind such as : First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the no. of classes provided in case it is a correspondence program, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes
