Your academic profile is not suitable for Canada. 57% is very low and also your IELTS score is not up to the mark. There might be colleges who can send you an admission offer but visa chances are less. You can check colleges under SPP who can accept your profile but visa chance is dicey. Kindly, note that you can apply for a student visa only after you apply to a college and receive the admission offer from the college. Try retaking the IELTS and improve your English skills. A score of 6 with no band less than 5.5 is usually required. Also, check various colleges' websites for the entry requirements. Secondly, you must check the application deadlines on the college websites and prepare at least 6 months ahead of it.
