Well I would advice you to go for your 11th and 12th and then take up graduation in Civil Engineering. Although there is no harm in going for Diploma soon after 10th but then it is a little difficult to get a good college for 2nd year Lateral Entry. And Diploma would not fetch you a decent job with a handsome package. So it is highly advisable to opt for graduation.
I would suggest you to discuss with your peer group, family and faculty at school and then take a wise decision as Education involves two precious elements- time and funds.
